A commercial rooftop under 1 MW is one short flight. That only holds under 1 MW, and we are not going to stretch it.

  • Thermal and visual on the same pass, so dirt and bird droppings do not get reported to you as electrical faults.
  • Every anomaly pinned to its module and string: cell hotspots, a hot substring behind a failed diode, a module or a whole string gone dark.
  • The same flight lines every time, so you see how the plant is ageing rather than one afternoon of it.

  You get a fault map over the array, a severity ranked defect register with a photo per fault, and a repair list in priority order.

• MiningStockpile volumes and haul road checks in a monthly report.

  • Stockpile volumes from a repeat grid: volume per pile, and the change since last month.
  • Haul roads flown as a corridor. Potholes, ponding, berm loss and drainage failure, pinned and classed.
  • Thermal over coal stockpiles and discard dumps for hotspots before they take hold.

  You get volumes with the method recorded, an orthomosaic, a haul road defect register, and the surface model your own surveyor signs off.

• TailingsScheduled facility surveys with a visual record for compliance teams.

  • The full footprint on identical flight lines every month. The dated archive it builds is the product.
  • Freeboard, pool position and beach width, trended flight to flight rather than guessed between visits.
  • An early sweep of the downstream face and toe for wet spots. We report what changed. We do not give you a verdict.

  You get the trends, a surface change map, a register of anything found, and an accuracy statement on every pack. This is the visual layer over your monitoring. It does not replace your instruments.

  • A standard shot list per bay from safe standoff: bushings, breakers, arresters, busbar joints, cooling.

  You get a condition register with photos and positions, and a thermal findings report. Every finding says how soon it needs attention.

• Rail and portsPatrols over known theft corridors within station reach.

  • The sections a station reaches, flown along the servitude with every image tagged to chainage.
  • By night for theft, by day for condition, on one bill. Missing spans, stripped masts, cut fences, vehicles parked where they should not be.
  • Change against the last pass: new dumping, encroachment, vegetation into the envelope, fence breaks.

  You get a patrol report per section with an incident and defect register, a comparison against the previous pass, and urgent findings called through live.

• Estates and reservesFence, dam and infrastructure audits.

  • The boundary traced on a schedule, dwelling at gates, corners and the dead ground where people actually cross.
  • Dam extent and level trended from the same flight lines. Roofs, pump houses and sheds checked as a comparable set.
  • Fire sweeps folded into the patrol along plantation and fynbos edges, with coordinates and stills on anything found.

  You get fence and gate defects with positions, a dam trend, a building condition set, and a fire watch log, on one bill with the night watch.
