- Scheduled patrol Your site flown on a pattern nobody can time, through the hours you choose. It sees heat, not light, so it picks up a warm body in the dark long before a torch or a camera would.
- Alarm verification A beam trips, a camera flags something, or your control room calls it in, and the aircraft goes up. The pilot tells you what is actually there. Your armed response stops burning hours on beams that turned out to be nothing.
- Rapid dispatch Airborne in under 60 seconds on any trigger you choose. Rural armed response takes 45 to 90 minutes to reach you. We are overhead in under two minutes, and the pilot can talk your vehicle straight onto the spot.
- Evidence packs Every flight writes footage that is hash signed and cannot be altered. Behind it sits a full chain of custody: flight ID, timestamps, the pilot, the station and the position data. The incident report is on your desk within 24 hours.

- What is Pharos Overwatch? A managed drone security service. A docked drone station lives on your property and flies scheduled thermal patrols and alarm responses, supervised by licensed pilots. You buy the watch, not the hardware.
- Does it replace my guards or armed response? No. It makes them better. The aircraft verifies alarms before anyone rolls, puts eyes overhead while your response is on the way, and the pilot talks your vehicle straight onto the spot.
- How fast is the drone in the air? Airborne in under 60 seconds on any trigger you choose, and overhead in under two minutes. Rural armed response typically takes 45 to 90 minutes to reach a site.

- What happens to the footage? Every flight writes footage that is hash signed and cannot be altered, with a full chain of custody behind it. Footage is handled under POPIA and kept for 30 days under your service agreement, and the incident report reaches you within 24 hours.
